Commissions
Once your order has been confirmed, a 50% deposit is required before work can commence. All deposits are non-refundable. Once an order has been agreed upon, it cannot be cancelled. Any changes made to the design once an order has started can incur a charge and will be at the client’s expense.
When your order is complete, I will contact you for delivery, pickup or shipping. Your balance is required before your jewellery can be sent or collected. Full payment is required within seven days of completion of the commission.
Sizing
I use the Australian ring size measurements, which is an alphabetical range from A-Z. Please email me if you have any questions regarding size. My rings are organic in shape, and therefore, I size these from feel. During our client meetings, I will size your finger and ensure we agree on the right fit. If you provide the size, I require a standard ring size, which is usually 3.5mm in width.
Repairs
I am more than happy to repair your Katherine Bowman piece. Please email me with details, and from here. We can discuss delivery, timeframe and charge.
Most repairs will incur a small charge. Like any other item, jewellery will require maintenance over the years of wear. I will always discuss any costs with you before proceeding.
Returns and Exchanges
The work you have commissioned has been designed to meet your specific requirements. Once an order has been agreed upon, it cannot be cancelled. Any changes made to the design once an order has started can incur a charge and will be at the client’s expense.
This item cannot be exchanged or returned. The deposit is strictly non-refundable.
Delivery Times
My average delivery time is 3-6 weeks from when the order is placed and the deposit is received. This time frame is dependent on the design and availability of materials.
Shipping
I ship nationally via Australia Post, using Express Post. You will need to sign for your parcel on delivery. Postage is $15 Australia-wide (Express Shipping). International deliveries are shipped using Express Courier International, also via Australia Post.
There is a flat rate of $55 for international shipping.
