Diamonds, silver, and a little bit of gold.

The diamonds in these rings (except for one) are from a parcel of loose diamonds that I have had for over ten years. I bought them from a retired diamond dealer.
Every single diamond in the parcel was different. Some were old cuts, others more like diamond chips, some were white, others were brown.
I loved them because of this.
They reminded me that diamonds are a natural material, formed in the earth and unique. I prefer this to perfection and status symbols of wealth. I love diamonds because they are a hard-wearing natural material; they stand the test of time. And they sparkle.
Each of these rings holds unique diamonds. They do not match. Some look cloudy, others brown! I like the brown. They are not champagnes, but possibly could be graded as such. I am selling them as brown. And cloudy. And yellow. And included.
Ring #177 has seven diamonds purchased from my diamond dealer, a man I trust and have brought diamonds from for many many years. I asked for them not to be “top shelf”, and they did not need to match. It is important to give the eye things to explore and discover.
I cannot make these rings again, as there is only one of each diamond. Each design reflects this, and the 18ct yellow gold granules are individually made and applied as well.
